Overall, I am satisfied with purchase; however, the refrigerator moves when I open the larger door. Perhaps, I don™™t have enough food in it yet. The odor was pretty strong for the first couple of days, so I would recommend washing the insides like is recommended. I, also, had to get used to the noises when it powers up to turn on each time. I thought there was a mouse behind it, like a scratching sound. Overall, it seems like a good buy and meets my needs. I wouldn™™t recommend it for a household with several people, though.

I will NEVER purchase a Frigidaire brand appliance again. The refrigerator compressor went out within 7 months of purchase and getting repaired has been a nightmare. Technician who looked at it submitted his diagnostic opinion while here, yet after waiting to hear what Frigidaires's "decision" would be, and not being contacted for a full week, Frigidaire customer service claimed they had no information on file regarding the service order, then placed a request with another local company. I would really just prefer a full refund for this piece of junk and send it on a trip to the junkpile...lost over $800.00 worth of food, plus ruined insulin...

We purchased this refrigerator to replace our long time garage refrigerator, which had recently shut off on multiple occasions, causing us to lose the food inside. This new one is working even better than the one in our kitchen (of a different brand). When it comes time to replace the one in the kitchen, this one may do it.

Beautiful fridge! We™™ve never had extra refrigerator room and purchased this one for the garage. We have a bridal luncheon for our granddaughter coming up and just love the nice wide shelves for making up charcuterie cups, fruit platters and other goodies and having all this room to prepare treats ahead. The refrigerator is textured on front and sides, looks great in the garage and cools down food really well. This was a great purchase and because it was garage ready, we look forward to the convenience of extra refrigerated space for many years.

I'm writing this review in hopes that a "human" will help me make this right. I loved Frigidaire products; that's why I bought this model last year. After just 8 months it has died on me. I contacted the service/repair you gave (Sears Home Services). Very poor service. They (not me) have rescheduled me 3 times now! I finally contacted your "human" contact at 802-552-4364 and explained my situation. He apologized and said he would elevate it. Rescheduled me to now my third appt on April 3, but STILL cannot guarantee that a repair person wil come that day. It's now been over two weeks without a refrigerator. This is so sad. Can anyone help me? I'm a widow and by myself.

I like the refrigerator. The only thing that I™™m disappointed in is the shelves inside the refrigerator are wite shelves instead of glass shelves so I had to buy this shelf liner to cover the wire and there is no upper drawer. no, the shelf inside the freezer is a glass shelf so go figure. I believe I will buy A drawer from Amazon and hope that it fits. There are two fruit/vegetable drawers on the bottom, but I really do miss the upper drawer, which I had in my old refrigerator and that™™s where I kept my butter and cheese.The refrigerator did not come with an icemaker, but I had an icemaker installed.I™™m also having to get used to the fact that there is no handle on the refrigerator doors.

Repairman came looked at and troubleshot refrigerator/freezer. Determined it was thermostat went out. Replaced and said give 24 hours to cool. All is working well. Also lost over $250.00 in food. Allowed me to submit claim.
